Special Council Session to decide on the fate of the Barclay Grounds:

At this Special Meeting, Borough Council will vote on whether to enact an ordinance authorizing the acquisition of the Barclay Grounds by negotiation with the property owner or by condemnation.  This will be a public hearing at which public comment will be sought and encouraged.
