Purchase a Virtual Lot in Barclay Park
GIVE A LITTLE, GET A ‘LOT’. Be the proud owner of a Barclay Park “Virtual Lot” … or buy one as a gift for someone special. There are three standard lot sizes available (with larger lots providing a better value (i.e. having a lower cost per square foot).
What you Get
You will receive a frameable certificate with a picture of the iconic Barclay Park’s flowering dogwood
as verification of each Virtual Lot purchased.

There are 3 different lot sizes:
- 12’x16′ = $600.
- 6’x8′ = $300.
- 3’x4′ = $150.
- Larger lots can be made available upon request.
After you have completed your purchase a certificate of virtual ownership will be sent to you.
During check out you can let us know which virtual lot you have selected. Please, understand that we can not guarantee the availability of a specific lot. We will assign a different lot of equal size to you, should the lot you picked be already taken.
Disclaimer:
Virtual lots to be sold grant no actual title, fee interest, or equitable interest in the land sold, have no secondary market value, and are merely a promotional sale to raise funds to preserve the grounds and prevent future development of this unique historic property. Purchaser understands that the purchase is made as a charitable contribution and shall receive a framed certificate of ownership and a guaranty that BGPA shall not re-sell the same lot. All ownership and control over the property shall remain exclusively with the Borough of West Chester.

Please, note that if you pick a lot number that does not correspond to the size of the virtual lot number you have picked and paid for we will have to assign a virtual lot that is of the size you purchased.
