Delivery of card: For Chester County residents the donation has to be received prior or on February 9th, 2015 in order for us to mail you the photo card via USPS and you receiving it in-time. For all of you not living in Chester County, please, understand that we can not guarantee an on-time delivery unless the donation has been made prior to February 5th, 2015.
